You must use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information. Certain admin features require authenticated access via Supabase. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Directory Role and Third-Party Listings
Al-Wasselni provides listing and discovery functionality only. We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee third-party businesses listed on the platform. Any agreement, transaction, or service engagement between users and listed businesses is solely between those parties.
4. User Submissions and Content License
When submitting a business listing, review, or related content, you confirm you have the right to share that content and that it is accurate, non-misleading, and lawful. You grant Al-Wasselni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and process submitted content for operating and improving the service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or spam content; impersonate others; attempt unauthorized system access; interfere with platform operations; or submit inaccurate business data intended to deceive users.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform design, branding, code, and original content are owned by or licensed to Al-Wasselni and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform materials beyond permitted personal use without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Al-Wasselni is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of listings, or outcomes from using listed providers. Users should perform independent checks before engaging any service provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al-Wasselni and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party services, listing inaccuracies, user content, or business interactions facilitated through the directory.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al-Wasselni and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, remove, or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary for moderation, legal compliance, platform security, or violation of these Terms.
